Sawyer's Sweets uses information customers submit to respond to messages and custom requests, prepare and fulfill orders, provide pickup details, and send order-related communications. This can include a name, email address, optional phone number, order or request details, and files the customer chooses to upload. Card details are entered and processed by Square. Sawyer's Sweets does not receive or store full card numbers. The website uses Cloudflare to operate and protect the site and Resend to deliver account and order email. Checkout does not create a customer account. The site records limited first-party events using a random browser-session identifier; analytics exclude customer contact details and cart contents. Private pickup details and owner-only business records are not published. Use the contact form with privacy questions, and do not include card information in a message.
